The term the “Site” refers to rachelbowlinconsulting.com. The term “user,” “you” and “your” refers to site visitors, customers and any other users of the site.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement, Services from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

RB Consulting, LLC provides HR consulting services, coaching services and assessments ("Resources").

Responsible Use and Conduct

To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site.

You agree to use our Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

Wherein, you understand that:

a. To access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.

b. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.

c. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

d. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.

e. You are solely responsible any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

f. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

Financial Terms

‍Fees are payable in advance of each Services unless otherwise agreed (Business Coaching and Consulting may allow for payment on receipt of invoice). Where payment has not been received by RB Consulting LLC in advance, we are not obliged to provide the Service.Where payment is required on receipt of invoice rather than in advance, a charge may be levied for late payment.  Coaching and Consulting Services are eligible for refund up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled session.  No refunds will be rendered after that time.

‍We have implemented reasonable technology and security features to safeguard your information from unauthorized access or improper use.While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk and your use of our Site demonstrates your assumption of this risk.We have taken steps to ensure that the Site is free of computer viruses and other harmful components. Nevertheless, you should install and maintain appropriate anti-virus and other protective software on the devices from which you access and use the Site. Without limiting any other part of these Terms, we disclaim all liability for any computer viruses or other harmful or destructive programs that you may download from or through the Site.

‍We respect your personal privacy. You may use the Site without providing any personal information about yourself other than any personal information that you may specifically and knowingly provide.We will collect, use and disclose personal information as described in our privacy policy, which is available on our site You consent to the collections, uses and disclosures of your personal information for the purposes described in our privacy policy. We may collect and maintain statistics relating to the number of visits to the Site, the types of browsers and devices used to access the Site, the Internet Protocol addresses of devices accessing the Site, and similar non-identifiable information. This information is only used for internal purposes to manage, operate, maintain and improve the Site

Confidentiality

‍RB Consulting shall observe confidentiality when providing Coaching Services to Client.

1. All conversations, information and data received from or about Client shall be treated in absolute confidence unless subpoenaed by the Court of Law.

2. Information and data received under this agreement (with the exception of information communicated during actual coaching conversations) shall only be disclosed to person(s) within the organization only if coaching client(s) consent in writing.
‍
3. Client records, information and data will be destroyed one (1) year post client coaching program .
‍
4. Multi-party contracting will be clearly specified and agreed upon by all involved parties before the start of the assignment. Further, RB Consulting ensures that all employees and subcontractors involved are made subject to adequate confidentiality agreements.



Coaching
‍
Coaching refers to all levels of professional coaching services provided to individuals and organizations.  Coaching clients agrees that services provided  facilitate Your achievement of specific and agreed goals related to your personal and professional development through a series of regular conversations or meetings with You (“Coaching Sessions“), and on-going support and referrals through emails, on the terms and conditions below. You will define the agreed goals with your coach during the Coaching Sessions.

1. You understand that the coaching services you will be receiving from your Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that your Coach is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.  Coaching services will not be rendered to individuals requiring mental health services.

2. For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that your Coach may not be “licensed “ by a credentialing body.

3. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your well-being during your coaching sessions and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.

4. You understand that all comments and ideas offered by your Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create with your Coach.

5. You have the ability to give your informed consent, and hereby give such consent to your coach to assist you in achieving such goals and understand that results are not guaranteed.

6. You understand that to the extent our work together involves personal development, career or business, your Coach is not promising outcomes included but not limited to trauma recovery, personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, profitability and/or business success



Feedback
‍
If you send any communications, comments, questions, suggestions, or related materials to us by any method of communication suggesting or recommending changes to the Site, any services offered through the site, or Our Content (“Feedback”) then:

1. all Feedback is not, and will not be treated as, your confidential or proprietary information or property;

2. RB Consulting is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to you, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property and proprietary rights contained in the Feedback for any purpose whatsoever; and

3. you understand and agree that we are not obligated to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any such ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained in the Feedback, and you have no right to compel us to do so.
